Scott Lasley's Adventures Around the House

Scott's Adventures Around the House involve members of his adopted family: the mahogany Sootica who accompanied him from Tennessee; and Rhythm and Blues, who are as different as, um, smoke (night) and silver (day)! Each cat is spoiled rotten (says their mother), and each has a completely different personality.

(Sootica)Sootica is half Himalayan and half Persian. She is a deep mahogany in color and soft as down. (Psst! Careful! She has sharp nails!) Sootica is a Scott-only kitty who only talks to other people when Scott is on one of his adventures.

More about the Himalayan

(Rhythm)Rhythm is a silver Persian, Blues is a smoky one. They're brothers and were adopted from the Washington DC Humane Society! Rhythm thinks he's a dog and craves attention; Blues is a sweet, gentle cat who prefers the out of doors to the attention he gets inside.

(Blues)Between them, they have divided the earth and their responsibilities: Rhythm is in charge of capturing all things that run on the ground, while Blues captures all things that fly.

If you're thinking about adopting a puppy or kitten, please adopt a homeless pet from your local shelter or humane society. Here are some adoption resources in the US: PetPage and Peacock.

And just to make life easier for both of you, here are "the rules".

If you can't adopt a real one, try a virtual cat!

Please, oh please, won't you just take me home? I'll be good. I promise!

No, no! No mail please! This is NOT me!
